Mee
cili kering + bawang merah + bawang putih +sedikit belacan (dikisar)
isi ayam dipotong kecil
kiub ayam
sos ikan
Kicap hitam + kicap kipas manis
sos cili
sos tiram
sayur2 (sawi, kubis, daun sup, tomato)
fishball, fish cake
tauhu bulat (beli tauhu yg dah siap goreng tue .. tinggal potong2 jer )
bawang goreng
telur dadar (digoreng hancur dahulu)
Cara2:
Note : kita tak letak garam sebab sos2 semua tue dah cukup rasa masinnya bagi kiter

~ Pai Tee ~
Bahan2:
100 gm tepung beras
25 gm tepung gandum
25 gm tepung jagung
1 biji telur
Sedikit serbuk penaik (baking powder)
Air – mengikut kadar kepekatan (x pekat, x cair)
*** Adunkan semua bahan2 di atas dan biarkan selama 30 minit.
Inti 2:
Sengkuang – dihiris halus panjang
Lobak Merak – dihiris halus panjang
Daun Bawang – dipotong2
1 biji telur
Isi Udang – dipotong kecil2
Sedikit bawang putih
Minyak untuk menumis

-Tepung gandum
- Serbuk Eno
- Taugeh, Kucai (dipotong2)
- Garam
- Sedikit kunyit utk pewarna

~ Kuih Lopes Kak Liza ~
Ingredients :
2 cups glutinous rice (washed and soak with a teaspoon of lime water (air kapur) for an hour. Put through a strainer and rinse again)
2 cups coconut milk mixed with a bit of salt
1 cup screwpine leaves juice (jus pandan)
1/2 coconut ~ scraped
Method :
1. Mix all the above ingredients except scraped coconut in a bowl and steam till cooked, about 30 minutes.
2. Once cooked, scoop a heaped tablespoon of the rice and place it on a piece of plastic, on top of a necafe bottle cover. This is considered to be the mould.
3. Cover the rice with the plastic and press to give it a nice shape.
4. Remove the plastic and coat with scraped coconut.
5. Serve with sugar syrup. (masak gula melaka + air sedikit)

Kuih Kaswi Kak Liza
Hidangan pencuci mulut 1 ramadhan hari ini.. sangat2 senang dan mudah nak buatnyer ... kita refer resepi Iron Chef > Kak Hanieliza
5 cawan air
1 cawan gula merah / gula melaka
1 cawan gula pasir
*** Masakkan semua bahan dan sejukkan
2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan tepung ubi
1 sudu kecil kapur
Kelapa parut (bahagian putih shj)
sedikit garam
Cara:
1. Panaskan kukusan.
2. Ratakan sedikit minyak dalam loyang yang nak digunakan.
3. Bancuh semua bahan dan tapiskan. Tuangkan dalam loyang.
4. Masakkan sehingga masak [30-35 minit]
5. Tunggu sehingga sejuk baru bolih potong dengan pisau pelastik.
6. Kelapa muda digaulkan sedikit garam.
7. Lumurkan kuih yang dipotong bersama dengan kelapa tadi.
