~ Bingka Roti Kak Jah ~

Bahan2:
- 10 keping roti
- susu / santan (akak pakai susu full cream)
- 2 bijik telur .. kita guna kuning telur shj .. nk kurangkan bau telur (hahhaha...seimbangkan sukatan ikut suka rasa yer )
- 2 sudu tepung kastard
- 2 sudu butter (cairkan)
- gula secukup rasa
- sedikit esen vanilla
- sedikit kismis (nie kita sajer tambah sendirik)
Cara2 nye:
- carik-carikkan roti tu...kulit jgn buang. ni nak kasi puding tu ada kaler2 coklat sket
- masukkan susu dlm roti. agak2 kasi sampai roti tu lembab secukupnya dah la. jgn byk sgt nanti puding lembik
- masukkan telur, butter, esen vanilla, tepung kastard, gula secukup rasa & kismis. (kak jah nie dia ske manis2 buah sajork)
- kacau2 sampai sebati ..oh ya sapukan keliling kt bhg dalam loyang dgn butter utk mengelakkan adunan bingka melekat plk nanti ..
- bakar atas api kecik selama 40 min. kalu guna oven kena pandai2 ejas okeh!
- susu + tepung kastard 1 sudu + gula + sedikit esen vanilla + garam yg sangattttttlah sedikit okeh! (nak kasik lemak je) dan panaskan atas api sederhana sampai pekat.
