1) tepung gandum, 1 biji putih telur, air, sedikit minyak masak, sdkt garam, 1 sudu besar cuka > Gaulkan semua bahan dlm mangkuk> Tutup dan perapkan adunan dlm 1 jam >
2) Kita guna kuali non stick > Panaskan kuali .. time nk letak adunan tue korang alihkan kuali dari api ketepi .. so tak la tangan rasa panas sgt ... > Pegang adunan dgn tangan dan sapukan ke kuali > Leserkan adunan hingga membentuk huruf o ikut arah jam dari tepi dan ratakan seterusnya hingga menjadi bulatan di tengah > Tunggu hingga masak sekejap jer jangan lama sgt nanti keras pulak > Pastikan guna api yg perlahan. Bila dah masak, boleh la angkat, susun ketepikan ...
Sos popia
1) Blend sedikit cili kering, bawang besar, bawang putih, > tumis cili smp garing > Masukkan sedikit otak udang (petis udang), gula merah, gula putih, sdkt garam, kita ganti kacang tanah tumbuk dgn bijan > guna air tepung jagung utk memekatkan sos. Rasakan sos tu..biar secukup rasa..sos popia ni kena manis dgn pedas lebih baru sedap.
2) Boleh jugak guna resepi yg ini > Cara sempoi sos cili, sos tomato, garam, 1 sudu jus limau, air , bancuhan tepung jagung sket > masak atas api kecil smp pekat. Tabur bijan yg digoreng tannpa minyak sket ke dlm sos

- 4 biji cili hijau (dibelah 2)
- 1 biji tomato (dihiris)

- sedikit halia (dihiris)

- 4 biji cili kering (jgn potong, sila kekalkan bentuk asalnya)
- penumis (pelaga, bunga lawang, cengkih, kayu manis)
- 1 sudu biji sawi
- 1/2 sudu jintan putih
- Daun kari (sajer jer tambah)

- sesuai dimakan dgn roti canai, capati, dll. (kita mkn dgn roti capati segera cap Kawanku)

- Panaskan periuk, masukkan sedikit air > sos tiram, kicap manis, kicap pekat > sos cili, petis udang, kiub ikan bilis, kcg tanah (goreng & tumbuk), tabur bijan (yg digoreng tanpa minyak terlebih dahulu) atas kuah ..kalau tak cukup masin..tambahkan gula sket secukup rasa... masak semua bahan atas api sampai pekat (Kalau kurang pekat guna bancuhan tepung jagung) .. kita pun tak guna sukatan ..main agak2 rasa dah ok tu
