Resepi :
1. Masak gula 2 cawan dlm loyang atas dapur smp kuning perang, tutup api ketepikan .. jgn biar gula mengeras lama sgt yer .. nanti dia susah nak melekat dgn puding tue
2. masukkan 4 biji telur dlm blander + esen vanilla 2 sudu kecik + tpg kastard 2 sudu besar + 2 sudu besar susu pekat + setengah cawan susu low-fat milk @ susu cair > blend sekejap dlm 2-3 saat > rasa manis ker tak .. aku buat bagi rasa manis2 buah jer .. kalau kurang manis tambah sket susu pekat > terus masukkan adunan puding curah atas loyang gula tadi
3. panaskan ketuhar 170c > letak loyang yg berisi air (mcm style kukus tue) > masukkan dlm oven > bakar 40-45 minit smp bhg atas puding tue dah mengeras .. cucuk pisau dan kalau x melekat kat pisau puding korg tue dah elok masak dah & terbalikkan dlm pinggan rata > sejukkan dlm peti ais > siap dah Puding Karamel
